• For all Basic and Preventative procedures (Filling and Cleaning, etc.) payment is
expected on the day of the service.
• For all Major Procedures (Crowns, Bridges, Dentures, etc.) half of your cost must be paid
at the time of the first visit and the rest upon completion.
• We will do our best in helping you get the benefits you are entitled to from your
insurance company. However, you are responsible for any balance not covered by your
insurance company, any deductibles and co-payments. Very few insurance companies
cover major procedures in full, so ask us if you have a co-payment.
• There will be a 5% discount for all major procedures if you pay your portion of the
balance at the first visit. |
• We offer 15% senior citizens discount.
• Cosmetic procedures, for the most part, are not covered by your insurance and have to
be paid in full before service is completed.
• Ask us about financial options (No interest loan, and payment plans, etc.).
All arrangements have to be done prior to the beginning of treatment. However, no
payment plans will be made for longer than six months.
• There will be $20 charge for returned checks.
